Facilitator's Lab | Leadership in Practice

If you're a teacher or facilitator looking to deepen your leadership skills in a supportive, hands-on environment, we'd love for you to join us in this workshop.

Together, we'll practice real-time facilitation, exchange ideas in peer learning circles, and explore group dynamics, conflict resolution, and inclusive program design through live demonstrations and discussions.

This in-person workshop is a space for growth, collaboration, and meaningful connection—offering practical feedback, diverse methods, and opportunities to learn alongside fellow facilitators.

Each session is experiential in nature and will evolve. Come prepared to jump into an interactive, peer-led environment.

Designed for teachers and facilitators with all levels of experience—from novice to expert. Have fun and learn some new skills.
